Old Delhi whispers stories of history through its crowded streets and ancient monuments, while New Delhi rises with grand government buildings and wide avenues, bustling with the pace of modern life. Everywhere you look, you see people from countless backgrounds—different languages, traditions, and dreams—all woven into the city’s vast tapestry.
India itself is overwhelming in its diversity. Thousands of ethnic groups, hundreds of languages, and a complex caste system make this nation both fascinating and fractured. Even after independence, divisions between communities remain.
Astoundingly, over 30 million children across India are abandoned, wandering streets and train stations in search of care, food, and hope. Jesus sees each one and longs for them to know Him.
PRAY for the abandoned children of Delhi, that they would find safety, love, and the hope of Jesus among crowded streets and train stations.
PRAY for boldness and wisdom for those sharing the gospel in markets, offices, universities, and neighborhoods, that the Name of Jesus would be lifted high.
PRAY for revival to sweep through Delhi, transforming homes, schools, and communities, so the Kingdom of God becomes visible in every corner of the city.
