In a Mozambiquan prison, the Ministry Essentials Training Program was launched by a local pastor. More than 80 inmates signed up. They’re learning Scripture, worshiping together, growing as leaders, and discovering their identity in Christ.
One of them is Phineas. His story of transformation is something you’ll want to see—and maybe even share with your church family. Phineas made some bad choices, ending up in prison in his homeland of Mozambique. In desperation, he decided to join the bible study. It happened to be the Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP) from PAOC Mission Global. Phineas encountered God and received a call to pastor! (See the five-minute story here.)
