Discover one of Asia's fastest-growing economies and experience a nation shaped by a rich tapestry of history, culture, and faith. While Islam is the majority religion today, centuries of Hindu and Buddhist influence have left a fascinating cultural heritage waiting to be explored and understood.

This Global Exploratory Trip has an education focus, providing opportunities to connect with a private school and discover how education can become a bridge for building meaningful relationships with students and their families.

You'll also visit a rural community to learn firsthand about humanitarian and community development initiatives led through ERDO's ChildCARE Plus ministry and Church-Based Community Transformation program, gaining insight into holistic approaches to serving communities.

Possible Team Activities

• Serve alongside staff in a private school through education and administration
• Learn basic language and cultural skills
• Participate in a CHE (Community Health Evangelism) vision seminar
• Experience an Amazing Race-style cultural challenge

Qualifications Committed follower of Christ for more than two years   Active in a local church/ministry for more than one year   Must have reached the age of majority of your province   Citizen or resident of Canada   Ability to adapt to changing circumstances   Ability to serve into a team and vision  Ability to handle climate and cultural differences with a teachable and gracious spirit Education and administration experience or exploring those professions
