PAOC global workers, Sergio & Nancy B, are passionate about bringing lasting hope to Villages of Hope Africa (VOH) children by providing them with holistic loving care. Here are some ways to pray into their ministry.
VOH programs encompass education, healthcare, nutrition, and discipleship. We also operate children's homes for those without families or who have been rescued from unsafe situations.
VOH Africa collaborates with another ministry to support over 250 children with albinism.
VOH Staff get involved in advocacy and justice issues in the community on behalf of children who have been impacted by crime and violence. This can be dangerous and stressful work, and it requires tremendous wisdom as staff speak on behalf of the child.
PRAY For the development and effectiveness of a Child Advocacy Program to elevate the understanding of the child's status in the community.
PRAY for the many staff at each centre to have the mind of Christ as they work with the children.
PRAY for each of the 7,200 children to experience God’s healing from their trauma and become life-long followers of Jesus.
PRAY for the two new VOH Centres that have recently launched in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, one in town and the other very rural.
