PAOC global workers, Jonathan and Vera, seek to strengthen the church in Asia by mobilizing and resourcing cross-cultural workers. Jonathan serves as the Chairman of PAM (Pentecostal Asia Missions network), which has a goal of catalyzing Asian missionaries to serve both in Asia and around the world. Jonathan also works with GlobalEd in facilitating the training of national missionary partners.
Jonathan also serves as Assistant Pastor at their local church. Jonathan and Vera raise funds and support several church planters in Asia who are working in restricted contexts, support Bible Schools training leaders for ministry, care for the poor and marginalized, and provide monthly support and assistance for a Special Needs School in Sri Lanka. Through events at the church and international school, both Jonathan and Vera are involved in outreach to unbelievers.
PRAY for their family – health for their three children, wisdom for their oldest, Daniel, studying at university in Canada, and protection for their family in Ukraine.
ASK GOD for wisdom for Jonathan as he leads the Pentecostal Asia Missions network (helping the Asian church mobilize GWs), as he equips leaders and students, and as he empowers church planters in Asia.
PRAY God’s favor and the Lord's anointing on Vera as she builds relationships and witnesses to friends, parents, and neighbours.
