The Mongols are one of China's official nationalities. The main Mongol language in China is like Hahl Mongol in Mongolia. Mongols have lived in yurts for thousands of years, racing their horses, raising livestock, and worshiping the forces of nature.
In the distant past, many Mongols were Christians, converted by Nestorian missionaries between the seventh and fourteenth centuries; however, in 1992 there were only 2,000 Mongol believers reported in China. Today there are believed to be between 5,000 and 12,000.
PRAY for the authority of Christ to bind hindering spiritual forces to lead the Mongols from darkness to light.
PRAY for signs and wonders to happen among the Mongols and for great breakthroughs with a rapid multiplication of disciples and house churches.
PRAY for bold workers who are driven by the love of the Holy Spirit to go to the Mongols.
