Ryan and Heather DeWeerd and their family serve in the Dominican Republic, where they are strengthening families, equipping leaders, and sharing the hope of Jesus through counselling, discipleship, theological education, and practical ministry. They are investing in Dominican and Haitian pastors and helping churches embrace God's call to reach the nations.
At the same time, many staff members and seminary students are facing overwhelming financial pressures, family crises, and medical challenges. As ministry opportunities continue to grow, Ryan and Heather are also praying for additional workers, particularly farm workers, children's ministry personnel, and ministry support staff.
As they faithfully serve alongside local believers, we have the privilege of partnering with them in prayer.
PRAY that those receiving support through counselling, pregnancy classes, and community ministries would experience healing, hope, and new life in Christ.
PRAY for protection, encouragement, and perseverance for staff members and seminary students facing significant financial, family, and health challenges.
PRAY that God would provide additional workers and continue to multiply the impact of Ryan and Heather's ministry throughout the Dominican Republic.
