Asia is home to two-thirds of the world’s population and over 60% of the world’s unreached people groups, making it one of the most spiritually significant regions on earth. It is also the most religiously diverse, where more than 62% of the world’s Muslims live, along with nearly all Buddhists and Hindus. In this vast and complex context, God is at work through nearly 100 global workers serving across 20 countries, many in restricted access nations, bringing the gospel to the least reached and investing in the next generation of leaders.
Peter and Cavelle have faithfully served in Asia for almost 25 years. From establishing Imagine Thailand and co-creating the DeBoer Fellowship to empower young leaders, to launching business initiatives in Myanmar that supported local women and families, their lives have been marked by transformation through practical ministry and discipleship. Today, Peter serves as Regional Director, walking closely with workers to support their health, alignment, and effectiveness in challenging environments.
