Equipping Initiative
In 2025, GlobalEd launched the SEED program (Synergizing Enterprise to Empower Discipleship), equipping local leaders to integrate faith and enterprise in their communities. Inspired by the example of Paul the Apostle, who combined his trade with ministry, SEED empowers believers to start Kingdom-minded businesses—opening doors for evangelism, discipleship, and sustainable transformation.
Through GlobalEd, training resources and mentorship were developed and piloted across multiple nations, giving young leaders the tools to live on mission while addressing real community needs. By combining practical enterprise skills with theological and discipleship training, SEED is enabling these leaders to gain access to the least reached and most vulnerable communities, building trust and creating lasting impact.
This new approach is already bearing fruit. Leaders trained through SEED are starting enterprises that serve their communities while sharing the Gospel, providing a model for sustainable mission that is locally driven and culturally relevant. SEED is proving that work and witness can go hand in hand, and that discipleship can thrive through innovation, creativity, and faithful enterprise.
