Building Sustainable Pathways for Disciple-Making

Building Sustainable Pathways for Disciple-Making

R. & T., RAN workers continue to invest in initiatives that strengthen disciple-making among the least reached.

The Incubator, a business for transformation training initiative they lead, continues partnering with Central American mobilizers, redesigning its program in 2026 to be fully online and delivered in Spanish for greater flexibility in Bible schools and pre-field training. Cohort 8 has launched four new missional entrepreneurs serving among Unreached People Groups globally.

The SEED Initiative, a collaborative effort with African leaders, addresses the reality that poverty is disrupting discipleship. In December, two gatherings were held in Kenya and Ethiopia, bringing together more than 40 leaders from five African nations. The strong response and valuable feedback are shaping the final program, which will include an in-person intensive and follow-up video training. The team, primarily African leaders, is working toward a full launch by the end of 2026.

Locally in their home country in SE Asia, T. serves supporting refugee women through organizational guidance and weekly skills training in sewing and language development. R. & T. also serve with the local church seeking paths of engagement with the Muslim majority in their city.

PRAY that God would grant R. & T. and their team deep wisdom, creativity, and the right resources as they develop the Incubator Spanish program requested by Latin American partners, equipping them to send workers to unreached places, and as they prepare to pilot the SEED initiative in Africa this fall.

PRAY for T. as she serves Rohingya refugees, that God would open hearts, build trust, and bring spiritual breakthrough via her ministry.

PRAY for clarity, unity, and Spirit-led boldness as R. & T. meet with key leaders to discern how their church can faithfully and wisely engage the Muslim majority in their city.
