We are passionate about equipping and mentoring pastors, ministry leaders, and newcomers, both globally and locally. Through the Russian Assemblies of God, we provide leadership, training, and pastoral care for church planting, discipleship, and missions, supporting leaders who have relocated worldwide due to challenging circumstances. Drawing from our own experience of changing countries, we also minister to newcomers and immigrants in Canada, particularly among the Slavic and Asian communities. In Winnipeg, we teach ESL, run an English Conversation Club, lead a Bible study for newcomers, and host a cell group for Ukrainian immigrants. Your partnership enables us to strengthen pastors and churches, invest in future leaders, and grow our ministry among the thousands of newcomers in our community.
We have been serving as global workers since 2008, when we started our ministry as church planters in Altai, a region in southern Siberia. We gained much favour and open doors in the local community through English classes for different age groups, family and parenting seminars and workshops, and regular involvement in the local orphanage. In the spring of 2022, we were forced to relocate to Turkey, where we spent almost two years involved in various kinds of outreach ministries among Russian speaking immigrants and refugees. At the start of 2024, we relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba where we are able to use our ministry gifts and vast experience within a local church setting. While we are unable to be in Russia at this time, we are grateful to be in Canada and have found a meaningful way to use our language and cultural skills to minister among the Ukrainian and newcomer community in partnership with Soul Sanctuary. We have two young adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and one adorable grandson.
