My ministry experience includes working in Children's ministry with Christ Community Church and Love Quest International Church and providing temporary care for three girls ages 9, 11, and 12. Although my service in Children's Ministry with Christ Community was short-lived because of my temporary stay in Ucluelet, it was deeply impactful. I developed relationships with the children at the church and gained important experience that will play a role in the ministries I will continue to venture on. My service with Love Quest International Church taught me how to see the Image of God in each child and how to be flexible and think quickly. Lastly, living with three young girls taught me how to be patient and provide specific needs of each child. Each of these opportunities was a place where I said “yes” to God and He gave me tools I will use in future ministries.
