A volunteer intern with a focus on B4T needs a multifaceted skill set. Cultural competence and sensitivity are paramount for navigating the region's complex socio-religious landscape. Business acumen, including strategic planning, financial management, and marketing skills, is essential to contribute effectively to the business's growth and sustainability. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building trust and forming meaningful relationships within the community.
