Faith Academy, a Christ-centered international school in Asia, equips students to become lifelong learners and servant leaders who impact the world for Christ. The school is seeking passionate teachers and staff for the 2025–2026 year in subjects such as Bible, English, Math, Science, Fine Arts, and more, including guidance and elementary education. Candidates should hold teaching credentials, embrace cross-cultural ministry, and integrate biblical truth into every aspect of learning. These positions are primarily self-funded, with housing and limited financial assistance available.

Faith Academy is a ministry-minded international school with a rich heritage of supporting workers in Asia. It aims to form Christlike, lifelong learners through dynamic education. The school cultivates a desire in students to serve others and spread the gospel, training them to think biblically and impact the world. Faith Academy values multicultural community and gospel integration.

For the school year 2025-2026, Faith Academy is looking for teachers in the following subjects: Bible, Computer, ELL, English, Fine Arts, Home Economics, Industrial Arts, Language, Math, Music, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies and Special Education. The academy also needs a Guidance Counselor and Elementary Classroom Teachers.

Skills

We are seeking teachers who:

  • Have a passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds

  • Have experience in or are open to working in an international, missionary context

These positions are self-funded; however, Faith Academy provides a range of benefits, including housing assistance, student loan repayment support, and financial assistance in certain cases, evaluated on an individual basis.

Our Mission Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
