Youth Outreach
This opportunity focuses on sharing Christ with students on university and high school campuses in Brno, Prague, and other university cities across Czechia. Engagement may be short- or long-term and includes outreach initiatives, discipleship, and participation in church-planting teams. A variety of skills are welcome—such as sports coaching, English clubs, worship ministry, discipleship, pastoral care, and creative design. Those with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may also have opportunities to teach at the university level while supplementing their support through fundraising.
Purpose
To share Christ with students on university and high school campuses in Brno, Prague, and other university cities across Czechia (Czech Republic). This role may be short- or long-term, involving participation in outreach events or serving as part of a church-planting team.
Skills
A wide range of skills can support this work effectively. These include sports skills and coaching, teaching English clubs, participation in worship teams, pastoral and discipleship skills, and strengths in graphics and design. You will serve as part of a team discipling young people and helping establish a church plant in one of the country’s eight university cities.
Those with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may have opportunities to teach at the university level and supplement their income alongside fundraising efforts.
Support
You will be supported by an experienced local ministry team who will assist with language learning, cultural immersion, and day-to-day adaptation to life and ministry in Czechia.
Mission Global will walk with you throughout the process—from application to deployment—providing training, administrative support, mission coaching, and assistance with promotion and fundraising.
