PAOC global workers, Wayne & Ann Hilsden, have served in Israel since 1983. Amid yet another significant conflict, Wayne & Ann continue to serve Israel.
During their long tenure in Jerusalem, they developed several key ministries that were quickly turned over to national leaders. In 1983, Wayne & Ann Hilsden, together with their two small sons, moved to Jerusalem to join fellow Canadians, Jim and Kathy Cantelon, in establishing a congregation called King of Kings Church. This is now a network of 22 congregations in Israel. Israel College of the Bible (that Wayne co-founded in 1990) has been led by Dr. Erez Soref after the first five years.
From that college, One for Israel, was launched. Under national leadership, One for Israel has expanded to a multi-faceted ministry with the express goal of reaching Israelis with the Good News of Yeshua (Jesus), training and equipping the Body of Messiah in Israel, and blessing our community with Yeshua’s love. As a result, they share testimonies of those coming to faith (see here).

PRAY God will continue to open hearts to the truth of Jesus among both Jews and Arabs in Israel.
PRAY for more older leaders of ministries to pass the baton to emerging leaders.
PRAY God will protect and empower Wayne, Ann and their four sons’ families.
