PAOC global worker, Kathy Mizen, serves God among children in Honduras. As we in Canada wind down our school year, Kathy is gearing up in Honduras. Here is her report:
Our new school year is well underway, and it has been both a fun and busy season for our team! Along with providing school supplies and uniforms for nearly 500 ChildCARE Plus sponsored children, we were also able to do something extra special for the public schools we partner with.
We had the joy of adopting six schools in Honduras — praise God! It was a joy to place these supplies into the hands of 1,740 children. The smiles and heartfelt “gracias” were a beautiful reminder that we can reflect the love of Jesus in very practical ways.
PRAY for all the students being impacted through bible classes and discipleship classes.
PRAY for Kathy and her team — both physical protection and spiritual covering.
PRAY for families of the children. Several of the CCP families are going through difficult times and need healing and miracles of provision.
