Church Planting Catalyst
With only 0.2% evangelical believers, Slovenia urgently needs catalysts to help accelerate a church-planting movement. Opportunities include serving as a Youth Director, Worship Leader, or Pastoral Mentor, equipping and encouraging national believers and leaders. Applicants should be spiritually mature, relational, and able to train others in disciple making and ministry. Both short- and long-term placements are available, and formal Bible training is an asset.
Purpose
With only 0.2% evangelical believers in the country, catalysts are needed to see a church-planting movement accelerate. Multiple disciplines are needed to support a growing church planting movement.
- Youth Director: train youth and children's leaders in disciple making.
- Worship Leadership: empower and mentor local believers in worship ministry.
- Pastoral mentor: care, counsel and encourage church planters in partnership with national church leadership.
Skills
Qualified applicants would need to be able to train and mentor others in church planting and disciple making. A flexible, servant's heart needed, spiritual maturity, self-starter, outgoing and ability to build relationships. Short term and long-term options are available. Formal bible training is an asset.
Support
Our Mission Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
