The organization seeks an entrepreneurial leader to help shape long-term strategy, strengthen management, and foster spiritual impact. Additional roles are available in finance, operations, sales, marketing, IT, and internships. A two-year minimum commitment and language learning are expected, with a local salary, benefits, and some personal support raising required.
Purpose
This company began by experimenting with small loans for business development 20 years ago and has turned into a profitable and growing micro-credit company with over 120 staff in 8 branches, with thousands of clients. It maintains focus on addressing 3 major issues; economic poverty, social and family disintegration triggered by the necessity of emigration from the country in search of work, and spiritual poverty in the country. Loans help farmers and businesspeople expand to create local employment.
Other positions are also available: Finance/Account Manager, Manager of Operations, Sales and Marketing, and IT specialist/Programmer, Internships.
Skills
To continue its present growth trajectory, the company is seeking an entrepreneurial person who wants to develop the company strategically for the long-term with the support of the management and bring about spiritual change on the ground. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, ideally with professional experience in one of general management, finance, accounting, marketing, etc., as well as good leadership skills, resilience, and a desire to bring about spiritual transformation by working in a BAM company. A commitment to learning the local language and a 2-year minimum term is expected. A local salary plus benefits is offered. Some support raising will be required.

Many Business and Missions (BAM) companies in the regions where we work can pay competitive local-level salaries for qualified individuals. Expats are generally expected to have an additional financial support structure to provide for needs of repatriation, health insurance requirements, etc.
Our Mission Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
