Purpose

This business was founded in 2009 and is led by a superior management team of committed Egyptian Christians. To date, it has offered camping experiences to over 400,000 kids and families in Egypt and elsewhere in the region, along with expeditions, sports academies, and other related events for a range of clients including some of the top corporates and leading NGOs in Egypt. Their motto is “Live from the Inside Out” and it is the leading camping brand in Egypt. The core staff of approximately 40 are all kingdom-minded, and their ongoing discipling and training is a central component of the company’s vision. These core staff work with 800-1000 “freelance” staff per year, drawn from various backgrounds, and who represent the next level of intentional impact. Building off their brand success, and in partnership with others, this company is building a life sports club near the capital city with the potential to cater to 10-12,000 members with high quality recreational opportunity for them and their families in a 25-acre facility.

They are recruiting both Strategic and Head Coaches, especially in the following areas: Tennis, Gymnastics, Swimming, Men’s basketball and Men’s soccer with an urgent need for a women’s soccer coach.

Skills

The Strategic Coach will have 20+ years of experience in coaching in one of the following sports: basketball, swimming, soccer, tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, or handball, as well as a general understanding in most of the sports. S/he will be a mature believer who is able to lead bible studies, devotions, and group discussions as well as being flexible, innovative, energetic, friendly, and loving kids.  
The Head Coach will have 5-10 years of experience in coaching in one of the following sports: basketball, swimming, soccer, tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, or handball. S/he will be innovative, full of energy, friendly, and love kids. The qualified candidate will be a mature believer and able to lead bible studies, devotions, and group discussions.

At least a 2-3-year commitment is expected for both positions. Compensation and benefits commensurate with skills and experience. 

Support

Many BAM companies in the regions where we work can pay competitive local-level salaries for qualified individuals. Expats are generally expected to have an additional financial support structure to provide for needs of repatriation, health insurance requirements, etc.

Our Mission Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
